It is the policy of Sabilia & DeSantis, LLC to protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers, prohibit unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers, and limit access to Social Security numbers.  We make reasonable efforts to restrict access to Social Security numbers to those persons who need to know that information.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about current or former clients obtained in the course of representation of those clients, except as expressed or implied by those clients to enable us to effectuate the purpose of our representation  or as required or permitted by law or applicable provisions of codes of professional responsibility or ethical rules governing our conduct as attorneys. We protect the confidentiality of our clients' social security numbers in the same way as we do all non-public personal information. We safeguard client data, computer files, and documents containing personal information and destroy, erase or make unreadable such data prior to disposal.

We retain records so that we are better able to service you and to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your non-public information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.
